Elsie M. Fletcher,
Elsie M. Fletcher, CFA is a high energy, dynamic executive with deep investment experience in asset and wealth management. She has had the unique experience of working on most sides of the asset management industry - as Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, Client Service Executive and Institutional Marketing Director.
Mostly recently, Elsie served as a Managing Director at Tukman Grossman Capital Management as an investment team member responsible for the firm's clients. Prior, Elsie served as Chief Investment Officer for Bank of America’s Northern California Private Bank in San Francisco, CA with assets under management of $15 billion managing a team of 14 portfolio managers. She was recruited in 1994 to be the Chief Investment Officer at Bank of America where she managed $26 billion in assets including the Defined Benefit and 401(K) Retirement Plans. And before that, Elsie worked for Electronic Data Systems in Dallas, TX as a Senior Investment Portfolio Manager and later as Chief Investment Officer managing $2 billion in assets for EDS' Domestic and International Pension Plans.
Elsie is a member of Women Corporate Directors, Past President of the CFA Society of San Francisco and a Board Trustee and Chair of the Finance, Investment and Audit Committees for various non-profit organizations. She serves as a subject matter expert for the CFA Institute Education Advisory Committee and co-chaired the successful and high profile 2018 CFA Women in Investment Management Conference. A graduate of the University of North Texas’ MBA program, she holds a BS from Louisiana State University and is a CFA Charterholder. Elsie currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband.
